Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship

Overview:

The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship program aims to transform the lives of academically gifted and financially needy girl students from all over India by enabling access and support of Engineering, computer science, and related professional education. Apart from the financial and other assistance provided to the AFE India Scholars, Amazon will also offer mentorship, skill-building opportunities, networking opportunities, and a chance to appear for Amazon Internship.

Foundation For Excellence is the host for the Amazon Future Engineer scholarship.

Eligibility:

Open for girl students across India.
First-Year Applicants Beginning Their Studies In B.E., B.Tech from the following branches.

Computer Science And Engineering
Information And Communication Technology
Information Science
Information Science And Engineering
Information Technology

Passed their Higher Secondary / Pre-University / Intermediate / CBSE/ISC or equivalent board qualifying examination after 2019.
Admission to professional degree courses/institutions is based on the Merit Rank awarded at the State Or National Level Entrance Exams, or through a counselling process conducted at the state level.
Annual Income should be less than Rs 3 Lakhs.

Benefits:

Up to 500 AFE Scholars will receive a scholarship award of INR 40,000/year until graduation.
Along with the financial award, Amazon will also provide mentorship, skill-building opportunities, networking opportunities, and an opportunity to appear for Amazon Internship to the AFE Scholars.
Foundation for Excellence processes scholarship payments on behalf of Amazon. Payments are made in one installment before 31st March of each year.
