Overview:
FFE finds bright and deserving students with financially constrained backgrounds who performed exceptionally well at state and national level entrance exams. Once a facilitator verifies the student’s financial need, the scholarship is awarded and their journey begins.
While the Program’s main focus is providing financial support for qualified students interested in Technology, Engineering, and Medicine, FFE’s assistance extends beyond finances and includes training, mentorship, and advice from a vast network of donors and alumni. This assistance is available irrespective of the applicant’s caste, community, gender, or religion. The only eligibility criteria for the Program are academic performance and family income.
Eligibility:
- Only Professional Degree Courses Eligible For Scholarships Are B.E./B. Tech, Integrated 5-Year Dual-Degree M.Tech, MBBS, BPharm And LLB.
- Only First-Year Applicants Beginning Their Studies In B.E., B.Tech, Integrated 5-Year Dual-Degree M.Tech, MBBS, BPharm And LLB Are Eligible.
- Applicants Are Expected To Have Passed Their Higher Secondary / Pre-University / Intermediate / CBSE/ISC Or Equivalent Board Qualifying Examination After 2021.
- Admission To Professional Degree Courses/Institutions Is Based On The Merit Rank Awarded At The State Or National Level Entrance Exams, Or Through A Counselling Process Conducted At The State Level, As Seen In The Table Below.
Note: Diploma students who got admission into B.E., and B.Tech courses on a lateral basis. B.Arch, BDS students are not eligible.

Financial Criteria:
- The gross family income criteria: Annual Income should be less than Rs 3.00 Lacs.
- Gross income refers to the income before deductions for taxes or other purposes.
- In addition to gross family income, the education and occupation of parents as well as family members including an elder brother(s) and sister(s), the family’s living conditions, and the total expenses being incurred by the family on the applicant’s education will be taken into consideration for determining the financial eligibility of an applicant.

- Employees have to submit salary/payslips from the employer.
- Pensioners have to submit pension statements from the pension authority.
- Business or self-employed: ITR or income certificate issued by the Government.
- Farmers: An income certificate is mandatory.

- Financial assistance is based on your annual expenses which include tuition fees, mess and hostel charges, books fees, transportation, and uniform fee.
- FFE supplements college education with life skills, employability skills, and additional technical upskilling courses so that competency and self-sufficiency become the norm.
- Courses offered include soft skills (English, Aptitude, Mock Interviews), technical courses through Coursera, online webinars, workshops and modules for interviewing, resume writing, interviewing by FFE’s corporate partners, webinars for medical students, mentoring by industry experts, and opportunities for internships.
- This is unique to FFE and assistance beyond Scholarship Support ensures that graduating students have a well-rounded education, including life and career readiness skills, beyond the regular academic curriculum.
Application Procedure & Directions from our side:

- The application process includes the online application, verification/interview, and document submission.
- Students are suggested to make a draft note of answers to the questions asked in the online application prior to the application process and then paste those answers as they play an important role in the selection process. For more help, contact us using the below-mentioned details.
- After the online application, they will guide you further through email.
- The scholarship deadline extends up to January/February(expected). If your admissions are not yet completed, update and submit your preliminary application using the above link. After the admission process, if you fit the eligibility criteria, they will ask you to fill out the secondary application where you have to upload the documents too.
