Overview:
North South Foundation provides 3000 scholarships to undergraduate students entering professional courses or 3-year polytechnic (diploma in engineering) based on merit and financial need. North South Foundation uses uniform eligibility criteria to identify meritorious students across chapters. The eligibility criteria for North South Foundation college scholarships are listed below:
Apart from reviewing academic records and income statements, North South Foundation will also review the circumstances under which the student is submitting his / her application.
Eligibility:
- Students holding the top 10% ranks in entrance exams for admission (Eg. NEET/JEE/ State Exams/ CETs).
- Having a low annual income.
- Secured admission to professional courses like Engineering, Architecture, Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, and BDS), B.V.Sc., B. Pharmacy, B.Sc (Agriculture), B.Sc (Nursing), Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) and Diploma in Agriculture in a Government College (including seats in Government Aided Colleges)
- Not receiving any other scholarship.
Benefits:
- Scholarship fund up to Rs.30,000/- annually for the entire course duration.
- It can be renewed every year till the course completion.
- The scholarship fund depends on the course you are pursuing.
